Introduction to Moroccan Cuisine for Al-Bustan Campers
On Wednesday, July 11, Argana owners Chris Arouh and Zouhir Oullaf brought some of their favorite dishes and their knowledge of Moroccan cuisine to the young people at the Al-Bustan Seeds of Culture Camp in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia. Campers learned about Moroccan food and culture and sampled some of Argana’s most popular dishes.
